UPDATE as June 2019:
We raised enough money to file our 501(c)3 paperwork; and should be officially our own nonprofit within the next 90 days! Thank you to everyone who has helped to make this happen. We will remain under the SWFL Community Foundation's fiscal sponsorship until then (they are amazing!). We are THAT much closer to getting our new Women's Empowerment Center off the ground!
Once our nonprofit status is approved, we can begin providing services immediately. If you are interested in serving on our Board of Directors or our Executive Committee, please contact us through this website.
With the help of the SWFL Community Foundation, you can donate today to help the Indigo Sky Collective. Your donations will help us secure a business location for our new Women's Empowerment Center, build the secure web platform for survivors, develop marketing material, and hire people to assist us with legal and bookkeeping guidance.
The Indigo Sky Collective's purpose is to provide transitional services for survivors of domestic violence. We pick up where our community’s emergency assistance ends. Our goal is to empower women and children to re-build their confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth. With your support, we will be able to provide help (and save lives) to over 45,000 women and children within Lee County alone. Will you help us fulfill our mission?
If you would like to donate, you can give using our online donation form or send a check to the SWFL Community Foundation at 2031 Jackson St. #100, Fort Myers, FL 33901 Att: Indigo Sky Fund.
Thank you for your support!
